Handbooks in Health Care Return Policy

HHC will accept returns of HHC publications for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Credit will be issued via method of payment by purchaser (credit card purchases will be credited to payment account.)

Credit will only be issued for a return when books are in re-saleable – i.e. undamaged – condition.

Resalable/undamaged condition is defined as:
  • No bent corners or covers
  • No folded or soiled pages
  • No dirt, fingerprints, writing or markers of any kind.
  • No torn covers or pages
  • No frayed, scuffed, or worn covers
  • No broken, bent, folded or creased spines.

Products returned to HHC not meeting the above condition will not be credited and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Any book received by a purchaser in damaged condition will be replaced by HHC at no charge to the customer. Please notify HHC customer service immediately upon receipt of a damaged handbook via email at custserv@hhcbooks.com, or our contact form.
